What Lytms evaluates
Every facebook ad is scored across platform-specific dimensions. Each dimension gets a 1-10 score with quoted evidence and a concrete rewrite.
does the first line pattern-interrupt a fast-scrolling feed?
can a distracted reader understand the offer in 3 seconds?
action verb + outcome, not "Learn more"?
does it name the buyer or their situation?
does it avoid the templates everyone else is running?
Facebook Ad best practices
Patterns from high-scoring facebook ads. Apply these before you score for higher baseline results.
Open with a question or bold claim, not your brand name
The first 125 characters show before "See more." If those characters are your company name and a feature list, you have already lost. Lead with a pattern-interrupt that makes the reader stop scrolling.
Keep primary text under 125 characters for full visibility
Facebook truncates primary text at roughly 125 characters on mobile feeds. Your core message and hook must land before the fold. Supporting details go after.
Use one specific number or result instead of adjectives
"34% more deals in 30 days" is 10x more compelling than "better, faster sales." Specificity signals credibility. Adjectives signal marketing.
Write the CTA as what happens next, not what they do
"See your pipeline in 60 seconds" tells the reader what they get. "Sign up now" tells them what you want. The reader only cares about the first one.
